You need to be an undergraduate student in the year of the issue you send your work for. Undergraduate authors from all fields (not just philosophy) are welcome to submit their work. However, we also accept essays from high school students in some exceptional cases.

Submission Guidelines

These guidelines are for authors planning to submit an original paper. Please contact us if you would like to submit anything other than an original paper.

We accept philosophical papers of any length and any topic that have a clear thesis and argument(s). However, we normally publish papers that are between 2000 and 4000 words.

Before submitting your paper, please make sure that all stylistic features of the paper conform to the features of the Prokopton Sample Original Paper.

In the last phase, we evaluate submissions mainly in terms of the clarity of writing and the quality of argumentation.
